    Reserve Your Space

    Every student-run event needs to be reserved through RIT Events.

    If you need services such as Tech Crew, Production Services, or Catering, you will need to indicate that need on your reservation.

    Visit the Room Descriptions page to learn more about on-campus spaces that are reservable.

    ** If you do not have access to reserve a space for your organization, request access through the Reservation Access Form.

    Want to Add Extras?

    If you are hiring a performer or speaker, you will need to have a contract.

    Promote Your Event

    Do you have a poster that you will be hanging up around campus? Get approval for it here.

    Do you need help creating a flyer, banner, or logo? Submit a Design Request to our marketing team. Want to promote your event on the Campus Center windows? Submit a request here.
