RIT Events Calendar Submission for Student Clubs & Organization

The RIT Events Calendar is a great tool to publicize your organization's events and activities to the RIT community.

Student clubs and organizations can use the following process to submit their events and activities to the RIT Events Calendar.

•Once your event is approved through the Student Club & Organization Event Process, you can submit your event to be on the RIT Events Calendar through this form: RIT Events Calendar Submission for Student Clubs & Organization.

• In order for your event to be published on the RIT Events Calendar, it should meet the following criteria:

The event should be either open to the entire RIT student community to attend or should be marketed to a significant population.

The event must be sponsored by your organization. Events sponsored by external organizations cannot be included.
