FSL requires all potential new members to fill out a grade release form. FSL verifies you are above a 2.50 GPA then informs chapters if you are eligible. chapters are not be able to see your GPA

This form is filled out by the new member who wish to drop their organization. This form should be filled out after the new member has declared their intention to drop with their chapter's new member educator

If your chapter is a MGC chapter and intends to intake a new member this semester you must fill out this form
The new member education form must be filled out before the FSL cutoff date in accordance with FSL guidelines. This form declares all events that pertain to your new members educaiton proccess
The initiation form must be completed after new members have be successfully initiated into your organization. The Cutoff date is listed in the FSL guidelines for each semester.
