End of Semester Report

The End of the Semester Report has been designed to provide the FSL with a progress report for all chapters at the conclusion of each semester. It should be filled out by the president.

FSL Chapter Questionnaire

The Chapter Questionnaire is designed to provide FSL with information to help publicize RIT's fraternities and sororities to prospective students, parents, and other interested parties.

Please provide as much information as possible in order to make sure our promotional material through RIT FSL does not violate on any Organization PR Guidelines.

Fraternity & Sorority Life Certificate of Liability Insurance

All recognized fraternities and sororities at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) are required to submit a current Certificate of Liability Insurance

This form must be completed and submitted by a chapter officer. Failure to provide this documentation by the stated deadline will result in your chapter being placed on hold and losing access to campus privileges, including event hosting, space reservations, and funding.

Change of Officer

This form is to be used in the event an officer is changed during the middle of a term. All other officer changes must be made during a roster review meeting with one of the Governing Council GAs or the Assistant Director of FSL

MGC Intent to Intake

Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at RIT must be notified before any MGC-affiliated chapter begins a membership intake process.

New Member Education Calendar

FSL will review your calendar and inform you prior to the start of the new/associate member education period if any events need to be modified or explained in more detail.

FSL Initiation Form

This form must be completed and submitted to FSL within a week of your initiation.
