All recognized fraternities and sororities at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) are required to submit a current Certificate of Liability Insurance
This form must be completed and submitted by a chapter officer. Failure to provide this documentation by the stated deadline will result in your chapter being placed on hold and losing access to campus privileges, including event hosting, space reservations, and funding.
This form is to be used in the event an officer is changed during the middle of a term. All other officer changes must be made during a roster review meeting with one of the Governing Council GAs or the Assistant Director of FSL
Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at RIT must be notified before any MGC-affiliated chapter begins a membership intake process.
FSL will review your calendar and inform you prior to the start of the new/associate member education period if any events need to be modified or explained in more detail.
