The Society of Women Engineers is an international organization committed to helping women achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders. The mission is to empower women to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders; expand the image of the engineering and technology professions as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity and inclusion.
Our section is dedicated to providing an environment for RIT's STEM students to build an inclusive community and enhance their professional and leadership skills.
