All clubs who previously had a locker must move in to their new locker by April 19th! We will consider requests for additional space from our waitlist starting April 22nd.
Between now and November 17th, your club should clean out your locker and remove any items that are no longer used by your club.
As you clean your lockers/rooms, please ensure you have an inventory list that includes (at minimum) the items the club has, the quantity, an identifying descriptor (i.e. color), and the condition of your item.
At the end of the semester, we will check your space with your inventory list as a reference!

Pack your locker in preparation for the arrival of our new lockers. You will have from November 20 to December 11 to pack your lockers!
After you have CLEANED your space and submitted an inventory list for our team to review, the next phase is to PACK your locker!
We have dedicated storage space for each club.
After you pack your lockers, you will move your items to your dedicated storage space.

Clubs currently storing items with the Tiger Suite must move in to their new lockers by April 19th.
To move in, at least one e-board member must sign the Space Rental Agreement which details a number of requirements. Once this is completed, you may stop by the Tiger Suite and a member of our team will show you to your locker(s) and help with items if they have been stored with us.
Requests for additional space will be considered after current clubs move in.

Are boxes available?
Yes, we have boxes available in the Tiger Suite. We can also store your items during the transition period.
If what you need to store requires temperature control or a specific accommodation, please let us know.
Do I have to clean out my space if it's outside the SAU?
If you have a room in a building that is not the SAU, we do not have jurisdiction over that space, but we recommend you tidy up that space along with your other spaces.
Clubs with a room (not locker) in the SAU should also practice good housekeeping and clean their space during this time.
