About Us

The purpose of this club is to introduce the practice of power vinyasa yoga to the RIT community, whether that be students, RIT staff members, or Alumni. The idea is to show that a dedicated practice can be life changing, not just physically, but also mentally both on and off the yoga mat. Power Yoga RIT's intention is to provide a non-judgmental space where all yogi's can feel comfortable to push beyond their 'limits', yet still connect with all others within the room. Whether you're new to the yoga practice or an experienced yogi, all levels of power vinyasa yoga are catered to in this intense, yet fulfilling practice.

Meet us in the SLC Lower Dance Studio 7pm-8pm; all Tuesdays starting January 24th.

In-person instruction by Kelly Andersen or Elisa Renerts; occasionally may be a virtual instruction. Join and receive emails to be updated on which option is available each week.
