Mission The mission of this organization is to provide the RIT community an opportunity to change their lives through the practice of power vinyasa yoga. The purpose of this club is to introduce the practice of power vinyasa yoga to the RIT community, whether that be students, RIT staff members, or Alumni. The idea is to show that a dedicated practice can be life-changing, not just physically, but also mentally both on and off the yoga mat. Power Yoga RIT intends to provide a non-judgmental space where all yogis can feel comfortable to push beyond their 'limits,' yet still connect with all others in the room. Whether you are new to the practice of yoga or an experienced yogi, all levels of power vinyasa yoga are catered to in this intense, yet fulfilling practice.
