We will also provide rigorous onboarding and training so every board member understands their role, responsibilities, and commitment to the community from day one.
We aim to strengthen every organization under our umbrella by giving affiliates the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. Through the launch of the Leadership ACAcademy, we will offer training in programming, marketing, and organizational development. We will also provide a digital resource hub with templates for budgeting, event planning, and other key tools to help affiliates operate smoothly and effectively.
We believe our affiliates should have a direct voice in shaping our organization’s work. We will increase our efforts to collect feedback, listen to affiliate needs, and include affiliates directly in our programming. This pillar ensures that our decisions reflect the communities and organizations we represent.
