FIRM FOUNDATION

Freshman Involvement

Implementing a mentorship program that allows interested freshmen to take part in executive board responsibilities. Connections will be made through each affiliate group as well to create a freshman network.

Inclusivity

Replacing initiatives such as "Wake up Wednesday" with "ALANA Wednesday" to bring more attention to ACA affiliates and aligning cultures.

Changes shall uplift the community with tailored events to each culture creating an emphasis on the different aspects of ALANA.

Remodel

Bonding opportunities will be created at ULC's, now known as Town Halls, and information will be tailored to the needs of the affiliates.

An open-door policy will be had during office hours. Thus, allowing students to feel comfortable entering the office and being in the vicinity. This will promote a safe space and family-like area that students on campus have been looking for.

Maximizing Resources

As an RSO under Student Government, ACA has many resources and connections to offer to its affiliates. Access to these resources will be made accessible to fully support affiliates and their needs.
