BTP owned the pleasure of welcoming Jim Salzano to speak for our club. Jim Salzano BS ’87 is the CEO of Jones & Vining, Inc., a global manufacturer of footwear components supplied to over 500 of the best footwear brands including Nike, Adidas, New Balance, On and Under Armour. At this year’s freshmen orientation, Business Technology Professionals hosted an exciting “60 Second Challenge Showdown” to welcome the new incoming students. The event featured a series of fast-paced minigames, where participants competed to earn game money and rise to the top of the leaderboard as the most successful "company" in the business challenge. Business Technology Professionals hosted its annual Scavenger Hunt, bringing teams of four together for an adventurous and competitive challenge. Teams scoured the campus in search of cleverly hidden clues, solving riddles and completing tasks that tested their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and the winning team was rewarded with Amazon gift cards!
