This is especially important because observational astronomy is highly weather dependent - even when we plan a great event, if clouds cover the sky there will be no planets, stars, or nebulae to be seen. And Rochester is not exactly known for its constantly clear skies. We post updates on Discord leading up to our events so you can know before you go whether an event is still on, and hear about rescheduling in the case of a cancellation.
