CouchBot, a remote-controlled couch, is one of our oldest projects and a fan favorite at many of our events. The current version of CouchBot is its third major iteration and we are constantly working to refine and improve the design.CouchBot is a great project to get both new members and event attendees excited about robotics. Some are even lucky enough to get a ride!

How fast does it go?
Theoretically about 15-20mph, but Couch is limited to only run a little above a walking speed.
How long has this project been around?
The current version of the couch has been around for about 5-6 years, but driveable couches have been made in this club since at least 2008.
