RIT Dance Camp: Afrobeats Workshop

Students will learn foundational movement going across the floor culminating in a combo. This workshop will be taught by Christian Quayson.

Christian is a choreographer, dancer, and educator from Ghana, West Africa. He received his Bachelor's in Dance from the University of Ghana and is currently pursuing his Dance MFA at SUNY Brockport where he is a touring manager for Sankofa Dance and Drum Ensemble. His areas of expertise consist of African Dance, contemporary African Dance, and Afrobeats.
