About Us

The Hawaiian Cultural Club at RIT is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Hawaiian culture, history, and traditions among our members and the wider community while giving the students who travelled from Hawaii a community and a chance to share the culture with many people who do not know it. We strive to promote awareness and respect for Hawaii's unique customs and values and to provide opportunities for members to learn and participate in cultural activities, such as hula, language, music, and arts. Through our events and outreach programs, we strive to promote the spirit of aloha and to create a welcoming and inclusive community that celebrates the diversity and richness of Hawaiian culture.
