Thank you to everyone who came to our meeting this past Monday! We hope you were able to learn a lot more about facial recognition, deepfakes, and the research Max and John are conducting. As always, if you have any feedback about our events, please feel free to let us know!

Our elections are this Monday! We encourage all of our active members to join us for this meeting where we will be making decisions about our future Eboard candidates. If you are unsure if you are an active member or not, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to let you know!

We are just over one week away! Join us for an exciting 24-hour event at RIT's Global Cybersecurity Institute from April 8th to April 9th. All participants can collaborate in teams of up to 4 and all submissions have the chance to compete for exciting prizes! Are you up for the challenge? Register now!

Academic Haven

Academic Haven is today! Come drop by if you would like a safe space where you can study, work on homework, or review class materials in a supportive environment. We'll be there every Thursday in GOL 2400 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

At 5:00 pm, the Multicultural Center for Academic Success will be joining us for a mini-presentation about the resources they offer! If you have any questions about their programs, they'd be happy to answer any questions you have.

Community Engagement Committee

As part of the Community Engagement Committee, you will help to build pathways for young people of color and underrepresented groups who are interested in computing. This committee will be planning for our Freshman Orientation Outing social events that will welcome our new students to RIT this upcoming Fall.

This week's meeting will be held in CYB 2791 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. If you are unable to make it in person, this meeting will also be held on Zoom.

The Tiger Games, our premier game jam, is coming up real soon! Join this committee to help plan for an exciting event with workshops, prizes, food, game-making, and more.

These meetings will be held on Thursdays in GOL 2400 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
