Our next meeting will be Saturday, February 18th at 3pm in Gosnell 3365. Ellie will be giving a talk on disease identification and mitigation. Snacks will be provided. We hope to see you there!
Honey Tasting!
Club members met in Gosnell 1300 this past Saturday for honey tasting and a quick lesson on honey.
Geoff, our VP, discussed the chemical structure of honey, how bees make honey, and the different varieties of honey out there. Read more on our website.
We then tasted honey with a variety of snacks, like baguettes and cheese! Varieties available included different floral honeys and creamed honey.
