Lady Diana Trujillo Pomerantz is a Colombian-American aerospace engineer at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. She currently leads the engineering team at JPL responsible for the robotic arm of the Perseverance rover.

MOOG would like to hire for a DEI summer internship. The students should be in a degree program for communications, marketing or business administration. The job description doesn’t provide a lot of detail but if students are interested, they can learn more if selected for an interview. MOOG hires a LOT of RIT students! Students must be a US Citizen/Permanent Resident and have a GPA of 3.0 or better. MOOG is south of Buffalo in East Aurora – very charming town. https://www.moog.com/
Moog is hiring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion internship for this summer. If you have any interested students that meeting the minimum requirements, please send us their resumes.
Role Details:
- Title: Intern, HR
- Team: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Term: Summer 2024
- Location: East Aurora Plant 23, Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)
- Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Group: Corporate Group
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must be enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Candidate must have a 3.0 GPA
- Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to trade export control measures at Moog Inc.
- Candidate must be willing to live in WNY and commute to East Aurora daily
Preferred Skills:
- Majors: Anything within Business (Communications, Marketing, HR top choices)
- Microsoft Suite experience (SharePoint is a plus)
- Analytical and creative mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Building and deployment of a Moog DEI communications strategy (i.e. social media posts and internal communications/memos plan)
- Development of a Moog Hiring Manager DEI Toolkit to be posted to the DEI SharePoint site
- Day-to-day support for Moog’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
