You're getting there, folks. The sun is gonna meet us and smooth out some rough edges this week. Might be a good week to focus on plant things: hydration, getting some light, moving until your body gets tired. All that thinking and output work is important but it can't override our need for the basics. Maslow was right!
We pray when we're tired for things to be as done as they need to be. We keep showing up on tired legs and take the mental health day naps if we're near the edge.

Our dear Hillel neighbors have invited us to join their Seder table in the Skalny room! Gathering at 5:30, some of us will head over just after DnD at 6:00.
If you've never been a part of a Passover Seder, I recommend it. It's a chance to move through a meal with intention and meaning; it's an honor to participate in someone else's tradition and bear witness to their story of faith.
