Week 2: Start the Semester!

Where do I go?

Class Schedule: To view your class schedule, use SIS or Tiger Center.

Tiger Center: Tiger Center is an application designed and maintained for RIT students by RIT students. On Tiger Center you can search for classes, calculate your GPA, check hours and locations on campus, and access maps.

Campus Map: We recommend downloading the RIT app if you haven't done so yet. The map on the app is responsive to your location, making it easier to get to where you need to go. The campus map on the website is also a great tool.

Can I change my classes?

Advisor: If you're thinking about changing classes, your first stop should be your academic advisor! Who is your advisor? What do they do? All great questions that can be answered here, by our University Advising Office.

Add/Drop: There is a short period of time when you can add and drop classes without too much complication - this is called the add/drop period. This date is January 21, 2020 this semester.

Financial Aid: Any changes to the classes you're taking might impact your financial aid. If you have questions about Financial Aid, they are located near Global Village and can be contacted here.

RIT has a Student Portal!

Check out this student portal - it's full of answers to questions you may not even know you have yet!
