Event Diagrams 101
While working with us in your event planning process, it is likely we will ask you for an event diagram. An event diagram shows our technicians working your event layout information, including speakers, microphone locations, audio monitors, stage diagrams, and the audience. Having this information helps us plan the details of how we can best fulfill the needs of your event while maintaining high quality services.
Diagrams should be concise and to the point, while containing all pertinent information such as distance, size, etc. of objects in them. To help you in this process, we have a handful of pre-made diagram templates for our common event venues. Please see below for more information on using them.
