USE THE CORRECT ITEM FOR BULK/INDIVIDUAL TABLES
Bulk Tables are only for more than 10 tables, and orders under 10 that use the bulk product will be canceled. Use the less than 10 tables product for this. 

• Each table is $65.00 and measures approximately 30”x 96”.  
• For 10 or more tables, each table is $60 (when reserved on a single application) 
• Each vendor receives 2 free chairs. Extra chairs are $5.00 each. 
• We cannot hold a table reservation without your processed payment. 
• RITMRC reserves the right to substitute table size/quantity for equal square footage without prior notice. 
• Vendors agree to exhibit for both days and not to pack up before the official end of the show. 
• Detailed information (including directions to RIT) will be sent with your confirmation letter. A Vendor Contract will be sent with the confirmation letter.
• By sending your payment & agreeing to exhibit, you agree to the terms & conditions set forth by RITMRC, and the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by RIT.
• Sorry, we are not able to issue refunds.

When applying online, the preferred table location descriptions can be entered in the notes, and diagrams can be sent to ritmrc@gmail.com if necessary. It can also be mailed.
