Join Spirituality and Religious Life (SRL) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) for a four-week discussion group on spirituality and mental health.  Unsure of what to expect?  Each week's session (October 8, 15, 22, and 29, from 3-4 p.m.) will build upon the next and allow the student to grow in understanding of their own concept of faith or no faith, while implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy's tools surrounding thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how the two can remain complimentary as we all seek out life's journey to discover and make meaning.

Attendance is limited for this grant-funded pilot program, so please register as soon as it opens on August 25!

*Training of the facilitators, Andrew Cirillo (University Chaplain) and Joshua Dentley (Staff Therapist), was provided with support of the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab and the Ruderman Family Foundation.
