Looking to connect, reflect, and build community in a supportive space? Join us for a weekly meeting designed just for you. This is a space to be seen, heard, and empowered, led by Counseling and Psychological Services therapists Patrice Anderson, LMHC-D and Shantél Richardson, LMHC-D.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to move through the world as a Black woman through open dialogue, creative activities, thought-provoking videos, and hands-on tools like worksheets and crafts. Each week offers something new, meaningful, and affirming.
