Meet with RIT CaPS counselors outside the formal counseling center. They're ready to listen, provide guidance, and answer your questions. Just remember, Let's Chat is not a replacement for therapy and doesn't have the same level of confidentiality. If you decide you want more, we can help you set up an appointment to get connected with CaPS.
