Self Evaluations

  • Meeting with a coordinator? Be sure your self-evaluation is completed at least 24 hours before the meeting.
  • Not meeting with a coordinator? Complete your eval form by Friday, April 10.

Submit a Paper Plate Nomination

  • Give paper plate nominations to your fellow SI leaders! You can submit this form as many times as you want, you don't have to fill in a nomination for everyone all at once, you can do one or two people and come back later. If you don't know what the name of the award should be, you can summarize the idea and we will figure out a good award name.

Can I use the mobile app to punch in/out?

Yes, you can use this or the on-campus clocks. However, the mobile app is geocached to campus only.

Please don't use "Submit" until Thursday

Please don't use the submit button except every other Thursday on the days Kathy reminds you to finalize your timecard. You'll get that info by email from Kathy.
