Tax Information

Self Evaluations

  • SI Leaders eval

  • Meeting with a coordinator? Be sure your self-evaluation is completed at least 24 hours before the meeting.
  • Everyone else- complete your eval form by Friday, April 10.

Fall 2026

  • We will be discontinuing support to ECON 101 and to CSCI 140 (CS for AP), and will be adding support for MATH 172 (Calc B). Attendance rates for the past few years, DFW rates and a reassessment of our resources have lead to these decisions.
  • We will be merging the Mentor and PA roles. We are leaning into the mentorship components of the PA role and recognize that the role has lessened recently in its opportunities for professional growth. We want to make this role more substantial by expanding the PA duties. PAs will now conduct most of the observations with Coordinator support. The number of observations per semester for each SI Leader will be decreasing from 6 to 4. The new PA job description is here.
  • If you are interested in applying for the PA role, submit a resume and cover letter to Mary Beth by Fri, April 10.
  • If you plan to work with us for fall:  submit your availability in MyLife (complete the “Returning” application) by Fri, 4/24.

End of Semester Tasks:

  • 1 - Everyone: complete a self-evaluation of your performance by this Fri 4/10
  • 2 - Meet with a Coordinator to discuss your eval if you’re on the list below by 4/28. Sign up here!

  • 3 - Recruitment items:
    • Keep sharing the recruitment flyer with your students (flyer in email from Mary Beth on 3/25)

  • 5- Submit paper plate awards here! Note that you can make multiple submissions!

Can I use the mobile app to punch in/out?

Yes, you can use this or the on-campus clocks. However, the mobile app is geocached to campus only.

Please don't use "Submit" until Thursday

Please don't use the submit button except every other Thursday on the days Kathy reminds you to finalize your timecard. You'll get that info by email from Kathy.
