Mission
N.E.R.D.s in STEM is a safe space for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HOH) individuals to share their love for and explore future careers in STEM-related fields. Our mission is to provide opportunities for socialization and career development through hands-on activities. We also aim to support underrepresented groups in STEM through fundraising and community service. We are open to all RIT students, regardless of hearing status or prior exposure to STEM.
