This training is in partnership with the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE) to assist chapter leaders with acquiring skills to effectively lead their chapters. New chapter presidents and e-board members are highly encouraged to attend.

Attending this workshop may count for credit on the End of Semester Report (EOSR) under the following category:
Chapter Leadership & Personal Development.
Goal: Chapter members attend an RIT leadership program (i.e. Alternative Spring Break, Leader to Leader, Momentum) - 10 points (attendance list, name and description of program, and picture from the program must be submitted)
