We are an organization that seeks to create an open and inviting environment for anime fans to meet with those that share their interests. In addition, we seek to spread knowledge of anime and awareness of Japanese culture to the student body of RIT. We hold many weekly events throughout the year, as well as a host of special events; the largest of which is Tora-Con.

Membership Benefits
Members will receive an RIT Anime Club ID Card with their name on it and a choice of 10 designs with fan-favorite anime!

With this ID Card, members are able to rent out of our RIT Anime Club Library, which has a wide array of anime DVDs and Blu-rays, and even more manga.
Additionally, you'll be able to also enter weekly raffles for awesome prizes and receive a discount towards a ticket to Tora-Con, an anime convention run by us!

Furthermore, If you haven't heard, Tora-Con is an anime convention held here on RIT campus and run by students from the anime club! We have everything you'd expect from a convention, big artist alley and vendor hall, industry guests, panels, meetups and more! A lot of work goes into making Tora-Con happen, so we'd love to have your help as staff members. Come to the meeting at 7pm in gosnell a300 right after the anime club planning meeting to learn more. Every year, we come together to organize several hackathon events for the students of RIT and across northeastern North America. Engineering House is a Special Interest House with a focus on an interest in any, and all, forms of engineering. Established in 1971, we have a large range of alumni to support us. We promote team-building and encourage members to work together to accomplish goals. Engineering studies at RIT are demanding, but you will find that you could have a significant advantage by being a member of Engineering House. Members have access to our pool lounge, kitchen, study lounge, and VAX. In the study lounge you will find walls blanketed with white boards, study aids, and easily accessible tutoring. Half of the VAX houses our stadium seating theater with a surround sound and VR system. The other half is dominated by our workshop, in which you will find a 3D printer, hand tools, power tools, and anything else needed to complete your project. Our strong family atmosphere allows us to work together to sponsor events, encourage project completion, and participate in many exclusive activities throughout the year, including movie nights, athletic events, intramural sports, house trips, community service, and much more.

The purpose of the Her Campus at RIT organization is to provide a safe and inclusive online space for RIT's students through content that is both a resource and a source of entertainment, highlighting campus news, events, interesting students, faculty, alumni, campus photos, and fashion and lifestyle content specifically tailored for women at RIT. Though the demographic for Her Campus is mainly directed towards women, Her Campus at RIT welcomes all gender identities, including non-binary students to join as well. We want to allow everyone's voices to be heard. Staff members will gain writing and journalism experience, including a good sense of teamwork and meeting deadlines. All students at Her Campus RIT will gain a new support system and the opportunity to share their writing through this online publication.

We are a mock trial team that will compete in both invitational and regional tournaments sanctioned by the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA). We will compete in tournaments mostly in New York state, but as we develop as a team, we may compete in national competitions. Our year will consist of planning our case theory in the early fall with some competitions near the end of the semester, as well as competitions in the spring semester.

RIT Model United Nations (Model UN), an RIT-based academic and social club, assists students in getting involved with local and global communities in order to make our world a better place to live.

Members of RIT Model UN participate in National Model United Nations Conferences (NMUN) in either fall, spring, or both fall and spring semesters. RIT Model UN also organized a high school conference at RIT for students in the Rochester region. At Model UN conferences, delegates must take the position of their representative country and advocate for that countries position in a manner that is both diplomatic and persuasive. This requires in depth research and public speaking skills. RIT Model UN also requires our members to think outside of the box and develop creative solutions to global problems.

RIT Model UN welcomes student with diverse academic and personal backgrounds since we strongly believe that the problems considered in the international community require everybody's attention. We encourage members to take initiative in helping any communities and charitable organizations by dedicating their knowledge, expertise, and skills to help various causes.
