About Us

Aero Design is a multidisciplinary student team focused on designing, building, testing, and flying RC aircraft. Each year, the team competes in the AIAA Design Build & Fly (DBF) competition, allowing members to gain experience with aerodynamics, CAD software, physical construction, and the engineering process as a whole.

Member Benefits

24 Hour access to the Aero Design Lab (after 1 semester of active involvement), flying trips, hands-on experience with composites, laser cutting, and aerodynamic concepts.

Events & Activities

Our general meeting is every Saturday at 10 AM with team lunch around 1 PM. Other events include flying days at Martin Road Park and club outreach activities.

Exclusive Resources

24-hour lab access, specialized modeling software training, tools and machinery available for use.
