About Us

The goal of the Women in Graduate School (WIGS) is to build a dynamic, safe, and inclusive community for RIT women and all gender minorities in graduate school to foster both personal and professional development as well as an environment of collaboration. WIGS will organize meetings and social/professional events, in addition to providing professional development activities. WIGS will also encourage the development of women and all gender minorities in graduate school through community outreach and fundraising events.
