Expectations before filling out this form:
-You are looking to hire us for a 4-5 min performance in a large performance space
-We will have a Tech Rehearsal
-You have a proposed Event Date, Time, Location
-We do not take performance requests less than 2 weeks prior to your event
-We have a nonrefundable deposit

Payment

The following fees are associated with requesting us to perform:
- $25 Deposit Fee
- $50 Performance Fee
- $5 Upcharge Fee

A screenshot of the submitted EAF for each fee should be emailed to rit.velocity.dance@gmail.com.
In your email, please include the name of your Financial Advisor & their contact information and your financial liaison & their contact information

If at any point you are unable to adhere to the following terms, please email us and we can discuss how to proceed forward.

We have a NONREFUNDABLE $25 deposit that must be paid prior to the event. The EAF for the deposit should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event and a screenshot of the submitted EAF should be emailed to rit.velocity.dance@gmail.com upon submission. *

If we do not receive an email with the EAF for the deposit fee at least two weeks before the performance, there will be an upcharge of $5 added to the deposit fee. *

If we do not receive an email with the EAF for the deposit fee at all prior to the performance, we will not perform. Please contact us prior to the performance if there are any issues regarding the EAF. *

If you are requesting us to perform at least 1 month prior your event, you will pay a $50 performance fee. The EAF for the performance fee should be submitted no later than 1 week after the event and a screenshot of the submitted EAF should be emailed to rit.velocity.dance@gmail.com upon submission. *

If you are requesting us to perform between 3 and 4 weeks prior to your event, there will be an upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee. *

If you are requesting us to perform between 2 and 3 weeks prior to your event, there will be an additional upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee. *

If we do not receive an email with the EAF of the performance fee within 1 week after the performance, there will be an additional upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee. *

If there are changes to the event/performance and we are not notified 4 hours prior the scheduled event/performance, there will be an upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee. *

If our tech rehearsal is rescheduled and we are not notified, there will be an upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee. *

If there are 3 or more time changes, regarding tech rehearsal and/or performance time (due to poor communication), within 4 hours of the original performance time, there will be an upcharge of $5 added to the performance fee and we will no longer perform. *
