SWE Overnight is a program at the Rochester Institute of Technology for female high school juniors. This program offers participants the opportunity to explore various engineering fields through virtual hands-on workshops and interactions with current RIT engineering students and professors. This year, in 2021, the event will be held virtually over the course of a week in 5 various Zoom sessions.

Our virtual student panel and campus tour will help facilitate the transition from high school to college as well. Our goal is to motivate and inspire young women to pursue a career in STEM fields (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).
