Resident Takeover

I will actually be putting the residents in charge of hosting their own floor event so that they can learn that the RA doesn't necessarily need to host floor events for them to get to know one another. I will be putting them in charge of configuring the logistics of the floor event: items needed, time, location, date and so forth. This will teach them how to plan events, how to get out and interacting.
