NRH 2 : Letters to Young Tigers

At this event, the residents are going to watch a TedTalk related to goal-setting and reflection. Afterwards they will write letters to Fall semester version of themselves. Following that letters from Upperclassmen and older individuals to the Freshman version of themselves would be read. They will map out what they have learned from reflecting on their last semester and the reflections of others. Finally, they will use the sentiments derived from the event to make a map of goals they would like to reach in various facets of their lives; things they would like to experience, experiences they would like to avoid, etc.
