You should complete the "Employee Info" section, check that you work less than 20 hours, and sign it. SEO will complete the "Employer Info" section.
Your ID card should have swipe access to all the rooms we use in the ResHalls.
If your ID does not work, go to the Residence Life Service Desk on the first floor of KGH. They are open M – F 9am – 11pm and Saturday & Sundays 11am – 11pm. Have your room reservation number ready in case they ask for it.
Call Public Safety's non-emergency line: 585-475-2853. Be prepared to share your room reservation number. NOTE: it can take public safety 5-30 minutes to respond. Please plan accordingly!
For rooms in WAL, CBET, SUS, MON you will get swipe access to the room but not until week 2 or 3. In WAL, go to the circulation desk and ask for Erich Short for help. For the other buildings, contact public safety to get into the rooms.
If you are in the Center for Student Development (CSD), please stop by SLT office at 55-1200 to allow student staff to give you access. You will need to do this every time to get access to your room; we can’t get you swipe access.
