Note for all PUSH Classes: These classes do not require a particular body type, fitness level or training background. However, physical conditioning and physical contact between participants is part of the course. Every effort will be made to create a respectful, non-competitive environment that challenges each individual at his/her own level.
Wear light, easy, comfortable clothing. Sweatpants, t-shirts, or dance attire is recommended. No skirts, shorts,tight jeans, belts, hats, heavy jewelry. You will be asked to remove any hats, bandanas, sunglasses, jewelry, etc. that will inhibit the work. Bare feet are recommended but you may also wear socks or light soled dance shoes (not dance sneakers).
