AstroDance II: Across the Universe is a multi-media experiential dance production exploring concepts of basic astrophysics, gravitational waves and the interactions between objects and space through a series of vignettes. Performed in dance, ASL, music, and digital visual storytelling. The production is directed, and choreographed by Thomas Warfield, RIT Director of Dance in collaboration with professor of science Manuela Campanelli, Director of the Center for Computational Relativity and Gravitation. AstroDance II is the inaugural production in the Sklarsky Glass Box Theater in the new Student Hall for Exploration and Development (SHED) on the RIT Campus.
