Spring 2024 Townhall Highlights

Thank you to all those that attended the townhall yesterday! Attached are the slides for you to review, and for those that couldn't attend. Here are a couple highlights:

  2. New procedures for:
    1. Travel Requests & Reimbursement
    2. Research Deliverables
  3. New McNair Retreat
  4. Start of Semester Survey due February

Schedule your Check-in!


If you have not yet scheduled a check-in with me, Megan, or Kate, do so NOW! If you are in more than one program, remember that you just have to check in with one of us for all your programs. I have linked all my check-ins for the semester below. 

As discussed in the townhall, we will NOT be adding more slots at the end of the semester. If you schedule a check-in now, you should be able to find a time around your work and class schedules. If you need to schedule a time outside of these available slots, please let me know!
