Spring 2024 Research with McNair: Forms dur Dec 18

Faculty Mentor Contract & Participant Agreement Forms due Monday, December 18

Congratulations researchers on being funded by McNair to conduct research in the Spring 2024 semester!

We need you to complete and submit the following two forms by Monday, December 18:

  1. Faculty Mentor Contract: You need to have the faculty mentor that will be advising your spring research project complete and sign the form. Afterwards, please sign yourself and submit to Campus Groups.
    If you have not reached out to a faculty member to be your mentor yet, you need to do so ASAP!
     
  2. Participant Agreement: You need to complete the top of the form, sign the bottom of the form, and submit on Campus Groups.
