McNair Retreat this Saturday: March 23

This is a friendly reminder that our McNair Retreat is coming up!

If you have not yet registered for the event or submitted a request for an approved absence, please do so ASAP! The Retreat is a REQUIRED event. If you do not attend and you have not submitted an approved absence by Friday, you will no longer be in good standing in the program.

For those that are able to attend, some notes:

1. The event is at the Lobozzo Alumni House.

This building is on RIT's Campus; it is near the Riverknoll and University Commons on the West side of Campus. See the map below.

There is a Campus Shuttle that stops right in front of the Alumni House at 10:16am (new scholars) and 11:26am (returning shcolars).

Here is the address if you are walking or driving (there is a parking lot for the building):

2.New Scholars must arrive by 10:30 AM and Returning Scholars must arrive by 11:30 AM.

Please review the agenda below for details on the schedule for the day.
Moe's Taco bar will be provided for lunch for all scholars, and light refreshments (coffee, bagels, pastries) will be available for new scholars in the morning.

3. You MUST arrive on time.

As you can see, the schedule is very tight. Please do all that you can to make it to the event on time, or early if possible!
