2024 Fall Researchers:

Thank you for getting in your Participant Agreements and Faculty Mentor Contracts! Remember that research begins the first week of classes, and your first deliverable is due at the end of that week.

I wanted to outline the deadlines for Fall Research deliverables so that you can have them on your calender. Please write these down, go over the deadlines with your mentor and share with them the appropriate links (for the Progress Report and Sign Off).

Mon, Oct. 21: 2 PM – 4 PM
Tues, Oct. 22: 11 AM – 1 PM

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
Termination of Stipend: Due Dates for Research Deliverables are very important and so is communication. If a due date is missed, the student is notified immediately and will be given a 5 day grace period to submit the deliverable. They will only be notified once. After the 5 day period expires, if the deliverable has not been received, stipends must be stopped and student removed from the research program.
