College Night at Millennium Games

The Center for Worldbuilding and Storytelling in the College of Liberal Arts has organized a special College Night at Millennium Games on September 12 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm! This is a beginner friendly event. We encourage all incoming or current students to participate to meet some new friends and learn what tabletop gaming is all about.

Tables will be set up all evening in the Millennium Game Room, showcasing popular board games, card games, and dice games like Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer and more. Staff, demos teams, and community groups will be showing off a variety of games and letting you know about other events and opportunities at the store. All current students, staff, and faculty who show a current RIT ID will be eligible for 10% off Starter Products for featured games.

Even better, Millennium Games new Waypoint space a few doors down will be open all evening for open gaming! If you purchase a deck or board game, sit down with your friends and play at Waypoint's gaming space. Check out their board game menu, pinball machines, Blood on the Clock Tower setup, drinks and snacks, and more!

Millennium is also holding a College Night Selfie Challenge! Come in wearing your RIT gear to participate in our College Night Selfie Challenge! Take a picture of you playing a game with you and 3 other students NOT from your college (U of R, Nazareth, St John Fisher, etc.), post it on Instagram, and use the hashtag #MGCollegeNight to enter for a chance to win store credit to spend in the store!

Busses will be available to transport you from RIT to Millennium Games and back, but seats are limited. RSVP with your RIT .edu address before Thursday, September 10 to receive information about the transportation options.
