Do you struggle with anxiety like so many of us? Join CaPS provider, Thomas Peechatt, LMHC-D, for a one-time didactic workshop aimed at defining the experience of anxiety and developing skills for managing it effectively. This 90-minute workshop combines 3 focus areas dedicated to: 1) understanding anxiety, 2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and 3) developing alternative, healthier responses. By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools to create your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
This workshop is hosted by CaPS, in partnership with Graduate Studies, and open to just graduate students to generate a space for acknowledging and developing strategies to address some of the unique challenges & stressors faced during graduate studies.
