Join Spirituality and Religious Life (SRL) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) for a four-week discussion group on religion/secular worldviews/spirituality and mental health.

Unsure of what to expect? Each week’s session will build upon the next—teaching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Clinical Pastoral Education tools, while helping students grow in their conception of faith or no faith—we’ll explore how Spirituality and Mental Health intersect on our life’s journey to discover and make meaning.

Students must attend all four sessions.
