During session I, we will addressing the power of self-awareness and how it relates to a number of key leadership experiences in the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement. Come prepared to do a deep dive into some of your strengths and areas of growth.

For our final momentum session, we will be joined by a member of the RIT 365 team. The focus for this session is communication and the critical role it plays in the responsibilities of a RIT 365 peer facilitator.

For session IV, we will be joined by a staff member in the New Student Orientation office. You will gain a better understanding of what it means to be adaptable and how it applies to the role of an Orientation Leader.

For session III, a staff member from the Campus Life Student Org/Clubs team will be presenting. There are hundreds of student organizations recognized by RIT and this is a great way to learn more about them and prepare to be a leader in those spaces.

For session II, a representative from the Center for Residence Life will be joining us to share how resilience plays a role in the job of an Resident Advisor. Think about how resilience has played a role in where you are and where you want to go.
