LeaderShop Alumni: Dimple Higdon – Leading with Integrity and Intention

Join us for a special installment of the LeaderShop Alumni Series featuring Dimple Higdon (Joseph), an accomplished RIT alumna with dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. Higdon currently serves as a Reliability Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor and was previously instrumental in scaling up the production of COVID-19 rapid tests at Abbott. Her career reflects a deep commitment to STEM education, continuous improvement, and inclusive leadership.

Dimple’s journey—from leading RIT’s College Activities Board and mentoring student leaders, to receiving the Emerging Leader Award from the Kate Gleason College of Engineering—offers valuable insights into purpose-driven leadership, resilience, and the power of community.

This event is hosted in partnership with Spirituality and Religious Life, and will explore how values, identity, and service intersect with professional growth and leadership.
