Step into the next level of your leadership journey with Momentum II, a dynamic experience designed for students who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion—even in the face of conflict. This fall, we’re partnering with RIT’s Ombuds Office and the Center for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution to explore how effective leaders navigate tension, foster understanding, and build stronger communities.

Through interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, you’ll gain tools to manage disagreements, mediate peer challenges, and lead with integrity. Whether you're a student leader, aspiring changemaker, or just curious about handling conflict better, this program will sharpen your skills and expand your impact.

About Our Partners:

RIT Ombuds Office offers a confidential, impartial, and informal space to explore concerns, resolve disputes, and develop conflict management strategies. It’s a resource for anyone seeking clarity or resolution in a safe environment.

Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution promotes accountability and growth through a fair, educational approach to community standards. Their work emphasizes restorative values, emotional development, and campus safety.

Join us and discover how conflict can be a catalyst for growth—and how you can lead through it.

Food and drink will be available. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
