UPDATES Year One Programs is continuing to accept applications for and hire RIT 365 Facilitators. Once applicants submit the application form, they will receive information about scheduling an interview to be conducted over the phone or virtually.

Their journey starts here.

Join us in making it exceptional.

RIT 365 Facilitators are an essential piece to guiding our first-year students in making their RIT journey exceptional.  Their primary role is to guide dialogue conversations in each RIT 365 class section as they participate together in an experiential learning cycle of Plan-Do-Reflect.  By being an RIT 365 Facilitator, you not only help the journey of our first-year students, but participate in your own journey of developing connections, self-awareness, and valuable skills as a professional.  RIT 365 Facilitators create the space for our first-year students to:

  • Discover themselves as experts in their own values and experiences
  • Explore crossroads and challenges as opportunities for growth
  • Acknowledge that understanding the diverse experiences of self and others is essential to forming an inclusive community

-Provide one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions
