RIT 365 Facilitator Application Process

  1. 1

    Review the position information.

Be sure to check out the Job Description and Time Commitment pages to understand the position.  Information about the RIT 365 course can be found on the What is RIT 365? page.

  2. 2

Decide if this is right for you.

Good questions to consider are whether or not you have the time to commit and whether you are excited about being in a non-traditional learning environment where you are a co-learner and facilitator rather than an instructor or teacher.  (Learn more about the difference on our FAQ page.) Applications are accepted on a rolling-basis, so please don't hesitate to apply.

  3. 3

    Apply!

Click the link below to fill out the application form.  The form will ask some demographic and administrative questions.  Finally, it will ask you to upload a cover letter and resume.  The cover letter should address your desire, skills, and qualifications in regards to the RIT 365 Facilitator role.  It might be a good idea to have these documents ready before starting the form.

  4. 4

    Interview

Once Year One Programs has reviewed and approved your application, you will receive information on signing up for an interview time.  The interview will be about 45 minutes.  You should expect to reflect, discuss, and articulate experience(s) and self-reflection relevant to the listed job responsibilities. In addition, please give thought to relevant experience with co-facilitation/teamwork, dialogue and discussion, and experiential learning.
